Kenny was a school chum of mine. A lot of fond memories . I think it was Scarrett  Elem. that we attended . As I attended several schools in KC , I can not be sure . In the 60s  I lived in WA. state and in the newspaper I saw a photo of Kenny  , in a boxing crouch . I cut it out and kept it for many years as a keepsake of childhood .                                         Sorry to see that he has passed . The family can be proud of him as I knew Kenny as nice fellow , friendly to all .                                                                           Jo Ragan Neal 

Glenna & Family you have my very sincere and sad condolences for your loss. Just an hour ago I stopped in to see Kenney and found out about his crossing over. May our good Lord keep him and bless him forever. My memories of us being in Cub Scouts in the mid 1940's and playing ball in Lykins Park in our early teens will forever be some of my best memories. We even graduated in 1953 from Northeast High School together. I will still be in his debt for his help in finding some very good used vehicles. I trust the Lord will let us once again "Indian wrestle", when I get there, only then I will let him win, for once....

Dear Glenna and Family, I am very sorry for your loss.  I am really glad I had the opportunity to meet Kenny years ago.  I really enjoyed hearing about his adventures at the Whatsoever Community Building and his boxing experiences.  He will be missed and remembered fondly.  Thinking of you and your family.

How sorry I'am for your loss, you have my deepest sympathy. The Morris's were a part of our family while growing up, we too had 6 in the family and it was always wall to wall kids running in and out down the street and around the corner to the Morris's.  Kenny you will be missed, but never forgotten. May God continue to bless each of you, and I pray your tears are few.

I have known Kenny for 58 years, & he has been a source of happy times for all these years!!! His 6 kids grew up with my 6 kids, & we had some interesting adventures together...fishing & swimming in the Ozarks, floating down Arkansas's Buffalo River in canoes & camping out there. We will definitely MISS this dear sweet man, but he is no doubt already fishing in Heaven with my children's father. Kenny, please give all of our Sherman family some hugs, & we'll hope to see you when it's time for US to leave this world!!!

Big Kenny was like a 2nd dad to me. My whole childhood was growing up with that family, going to my granddad's at the lake, going on float trips, them coming to our house, us going to their house. Where in the world did all the time go? There were 6 kids in his family and 6 kids in our family, so you can just imagine how fun it was for us kids! I'm sure we probably drove our parents crazy. I truly loved Kenny. He always had this big cheesy smile and twinkling eyes. What was not to love!! The whole family is in my prayers. Kenny is up there with my dad now at that big fishing hole in Heaven! He is no longer in pain, but it still breaks my heart to lose him. Love to all of you.
