Today, we mourn the passing and celebrate the life of Kenneth E. Sprung. Kenneth was born on June 19, 1937 to Ralph and Margaret Sprung of Kansas City, Missouri where he spent most of his life.
As a young man, he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. In 1960 Kenneth married Lucy Bisacca from that union were born: a son, David, and daughter Theresa. In 1973 Kenneth married Tootie Tipton from that union was born Stacey Williamson.
For over 30 years, Kenneth worked for Cates Sheet Metal. In the years after his retirement, he enjoyed playing golf with this son and gambling at his favorite casino. He loved watching and supporting his hometown teams, the Kansas City Royals and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Kenneth is survived by his children: David and Shelley Sprung of Platte Woods, Missouri. Daughters: Theresa and Jerry Fletcher of Archie, MO and Stacey and Brian Williamson of Denver, CO His sister; Jeannie and husband, Ed Hyatt of Overland Park, KS, and Margaret Ann and husband, Keith Kelley of Covina, CA. Four Grandchildren: Wyatt and Gabrielle, Lily and Ian along with three nephews.
