Kerry was born on June 4, 1947, in Elwood, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Joseph Wolff and Bonnie C. Wolff. Kerry was a lifelong resident of Kansas City, living both on the Missouri and Kansas sides. Kerry loved living in Kansas City and especially enjoyed the Plaza lights, Union Station and her community in Hickman Mills.
She was a graduate of Ruskin High School. Her working career began as a Secretary with the Social Security Administration. She then worked as an Accounts Administrator at Champion Lumber. Kerry was a store manager and partner in the retail store, The Body Shop at Oak Park Mall and concluded her working career at the United State Post Office from where she retired.

Kerry was a woman defined by connection - she had many friends and was known for her kindness, loyalty, thoughtfulness and the ability to make everyone feel welcome. She had a wonderful sense of humor, and beautiful smile. She loved to joke, laugh and have fun. To her sister and brother, she was the lifelong best friend, and to her nephews and nieces she was that very special aunt. Kerry would always listen attentively, laugh easily and loved without condition.
Kerry was a hometown fan and found great joy and sometimes frustration in cheering on her favorite teams, the Kansas City Chiefs, the Royals and the KU basketball Jayhawks. She would always wear a lucky team shirt and if not with her family or friends she would text wildly on every play. Win or lose, always fun.
Kerry's greatest passion was her family and the lifelong friendships she built and nurtured. She especially treasured her high school girlfriends, whose bond became the beloved RGNO group - a circle of friendship filled with laughter, support and decades of shared life memories.
Kerry leaves behind a legacy of friendship, warmth and unwavering loyalty. She will be remembered for her welcoming smile, laugh, and kindness. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
