Larry Edward Oyler, age 70, of Independence, Missouri, passed away August 5, 2019. He was the second child of the late Howard & Sarah Oyler of Independence, Missouri. He was a lifelong resident of Independence, Missouri graduating from Truman High School in 1967 and later having a career as a truck driver with Penske Logistics before retiring.
He is survived by his sibling, Joyce Brown (Ray), his three children, Lori Campbell (Damon), Mark Oyler (Lisa) and Sharilyn Winkler (Cody) along with his six grandchildren, Ricky, Christina, Gavin, Austin, Dylan and Alyssa and one great-grandson, Roman and his partner and best friend Penny Young.
Larry enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, fishing, watching his grandchildren’s sporting events and cheering on the Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Chiefs.
