Lee was one of the kindest people you'd ever want to meet. He always had a smile on his face and made everyone laugh. I'll always remember how funny he was, always joking around. He was a bright light that I will miss dearly, it's hard to believe that you're gone. Rest easy brother Lee. We love you and will always miss you. 💔

To my baby brother Lee Tinoco, I never got the opportunity to tell you how proud I was of you. You always looked up to me and I showed you a path which allowed you to explore our world. But I was only a small part of your life as I traveled with the U.S. military for 20 years. And when I returned to our hometown, you opened your wings and moved away. Your passing was so unexpected that ended my chance to let you know how much you meant to me. Until we meet again Lee, your precious memories will live inside me forever. I miss you so much! Love your brother Gerardo Tinoco (Jerry).
