Leonard was born in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Lillis High School in 1969. He was a member of Guardian Angels Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Carmel Miller. Leonard is survived by his wife of 39 years, Margaret; his son, Ken; and three grandchildren, Trenton, Elliot and Carli.
Visitation will be held 10-11 a.m. on Friday, July 8 at McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 W. Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64111. Rosary service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment in Floral Hills Cemetery, Kansas City, MO.
