Leonard Arthur Prestia, Sr, 68, Gladstone, MO, passed away March 20, 2013. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Tuesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, inurnment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. The rosary will be prayed at 6 PM Monday followed by a visitation until 8 PM at the Church. In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to St. Patrick’s Early Childhood Center.
Leonard was born February 12, 1945 in Kansas City, KS. He was a graduate of Rockhurst University. Leonard was a member of St. Patrick Parish and Fr Hager Council-Knights of Columbus. He was a retired production planner for TWA and American Airlines. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Rosanna Prestia.
Survivors include his wife, Patsy; children, Erin, Katie, Brady, Lenny and Mary; siblings, Jackie, Kathy and Mike; and 9 grandchildren.
