Leone M. Batson, 100, of Gardner, Kansas passed away February 5, 2017 at the age of 100. Leone was born August 12, 1916 in Santiago, Minnesota to George and Iva Keeler. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Marion Carl Batson, son Robert Duane Batson, one grandson and one granddaughter. Survivors include her children Iva Mae McCullough and Mary Alice Kontoulas, 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 17 great, great grandchildren. Visitation will be 12pm, followed by funeral services at 1pm, Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at McGilley Sheil Chapel. Burial will be in Lee's Summit Historical Cemetery.
