Linda was born in Kansas City, MO on July 29th 1957 to Norman Brawley and Helen (Austin) Brawley. She is a 1975 graduate of Hickman Mills High School.
Linda enjoyed the little things - time with her husband of 20 years, loving endlessly on her dogs, traveling, horses, and planting flowers. She LOVED the color purple! She was a proud member of the German Shepherd Dog Club of Greater Kansas City. She and Preston could often be found driving to the middle of nowhere, at a movie theater, or sharing a margarita at their favorite Mexican restaurant.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her loving husband, Preston, her loyal companion, Hottie, her daughter, Stephanie (husband, Jeff) and granddaughters, Emily and Laney Vossen (all of Overland Park, KS). She will also be missed by her extended large family and friends
A visitation will be held Monday, June 1st, 2026 from 9am to 10am followed by a service at 10am at Floral Hills Funeral Home and Cemetery, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City MO 64133.
