Linda Koleiny Streeter, of Raytown, MO passed away March 1, 2021. She was born in Hamilton, MO to Lova and Forrest Streeter on July 8, 1947. She attended Cameron Public Schools and graduated from Central Missouri Statehttps://admin.mem.com/sso/newde/10081348#contententry/generalinfo University with a Bachelor and Master degree. Linda taught for five years in the Stet R-XV School District and two years in the Pettis County R-V School District.
In 1972 she met and later married Jalil (Jay) Koleiny. They owned Computer Exchange Center for over 20 years. Jalil preceded Linda in death in 2008.
Linda was a member of the Unity Village Chapel. She had been a volunteer at Silent Unity since 2008, also volunteering in the Raytown School District and at Green Vet, an organization that helped homeless veterans. Linda was also a member of Sisters of Myrtle Fillmore.
She is survived by her son Ali Koleiny (Amy); daughter Leila Koleiny (Victor Whitley); sister Becky Streeter (Mansoor Fry); brother-in-law Mansour Koleini (Susan Ghafouri) all of the Raytown area. She is also survived by her Iranian sisters-in-law, Naireh and Fatemeh, her brother-in-law Massoud, along with many nieces and nephews.
