Lisa Anne Ransom

Beloved wife of Gregory Thomas Ransom; Loyal sister of Michael V. Bredemann, Jeffrey A. (Mary Anne) Bredemann, Jennifer L. (Patrick) Gallagher, Suzanne M. (James) Thompson and Caroline J. (the late Aaron) Epperly; Loving aunt of Erik, Michelle, Rachel, Jack, Steven, Andrew, James, Rosemary, Abigail, Nicolas, Michael, Jake, Matthew, Kathryn, and Kristen.

Lisa was born in St. Louis, MO on January 4, 1960 to Richard V. and Faye A. (Hellyer) Bredemann. She attended St. Sebastian Elementary School. She graduated from Rosati-Kain High School in 1978. She attended Arizona State University where she received a B.S. degree in Accounting. She met her husband and soulmate, Gregory Thomas Ransom, in 2002 and they were married on December 13th, 2014. She will be remembered for her incredible sense of humor, her affection for animals, and her dedication to and unwavering support of her family. Lisa was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Visitation and Funeral Mass Thursday, September 26 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 7207 NW Highway 9, Kansas City, MO. 64152. Visitation begins at 10:00 A.M. with Rosary at 10:45 A.M. The Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 A.M. followed by luncheon in the parish center. Burial will follow services at 4:30 PM Thursday at Farber Cemetery, Farber, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial masses or donations to the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City.
