Lola "Aggie" Agnes Pinder

Lola Agnes "Aggie" Pinder, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2020 at John Knox Village Care Center. She was born on August 29, 1927 in Kansas City, Missouri to William David and Lola Agnes (Scott) Hawn, and they both preceded her in death.

After graduation from East High School in KC, MO., she married John W. Pinder Sr. on November 15, 1946 and together they raised three sons and were married for nearly 50 years. John also preceded her in death on January 29, 1996.

She is survived by her sons: Charles "Bill", John Jr, (Wife: Kathryn), and Mark (Wife: Sarah) Pinder. Her Grandchildren: Molly Pinder, Toby (Wife: Amber) Pinder, Jason (Wife: Lisa) Pinder, Adam (Wife: Jennifer) Pinder, Rachel (Husband: Brett) Gessley, Luke (Late Wife: Kristina) Pinder. She is also survived by her sisters: Doris Soltys of Kansas City, MO. and Mary Ann Morris of Lee's Summit, MO.

Aggie was a faithful member of the Oakwood Baptist Church, and was the church secretary for many years at the Birchwood Baptist Church in Independence, MO. She was a member of the Baptist Hospital Auxiliary, where she worked many hours as a volunteer in the thrift shop. Lola also was a member of the Kansas City Athenaeum Club, a Philanthropic organization for women, where she filled various roles including President.
