
Louise Rosetta (Feiring) Spencer went to her heavenly home February 16, 2012 at the age of 95, after a long debilitating illness. A graveside service is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 20, 2012 at 12p.m. at Mount Washington Cemetery, in Independence. Louise was a long time resident of the Northeast area of Kansas City, Missouri. However she spent her last 15 years in Battle Lake, Minnesota. She was always active in her community helping found the Scarritt Point Renaissance Association. While in Minnesota she was closely cared for by her loving daughter and the wonderful people at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles William Spencer and her oldest son, Thomas Howard Spencer. She is survived by her daughter, Delphine Neuman, of Battle Lake and son, David Spencer of Edmond, Oklahoma. She is also survived by grandchildren Scott, Mike and David Neuman; Trisia, Samantha and Tom Spencer; and Aaron and Matthew Spencer; and numerous great grandchildren.
