Lyle V. Manley

Lyle Vincent “Bud” Manley, age 96, passed peacefully to the Lord at home on Oct. 26, 2012. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Mon., Oct. 29th. Funeral Service will be at 10 a.m. on Tues., Oct. 30th. Both will be held at McGilley State Line Chapel followed by burial at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.

Lyle is survived by his three daughters, Marlene Rowe (Michael), Laura Lee Zeiger and Lou Ann Cline (Rick). He was blessed with five grandchildren, Todd Huse (Hilary), Scott Huse (Claudia), Melissa Cummins (Dan), Shannon Solis (Mark) and Erik Zeiger; six great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Lyle lived a faithful life enriched by family, life-long friends, sports, and travel. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the Forum of Overland Park community and to the short stay nursing staff at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.
