

M.C. “Bud” Clark, Jr., 55, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away on June 18, 2003 at his home after a brief battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 23, 2003 at McGilley Midtown Chapel. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. on Sunday, June 22 also at the chapel. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the M.C. “Bud” Clark Jr. Memorial Fund, c/o McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 W. Linwood Kansas City, Mo. 64111.
Bud was born in Texarkana, Ar., the son of M.C. Sr. and Ramona Clark on June 13, 1948. He lived in Dallas, Tx. until he moved to Kansas City in 1998. Bud worked for Allied Home Mortgage in Lenexa. He was a 20 year member of AA/NA and a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was also a member of the National Association of Incest Survivors.
Survivors include two daughters, Alisa and Tanya, of Texas; best friend and companion, Jerry L. Snook, of the home; stepdaughter, Katie Wyatt of Kansas City; Jessica Snook, of Brooksville, Fl., Vicky Edwards, and husband, Lewis, of Kansas City; two step granddaughters, Christina and Lauren; along with a host of many loving friends from Dallas and Kansas City, especially Carroll Shaw and his cat, Boupkis, and dog, Precious.
