Madeline Lee Gregg

Madeline Lee Gregg, age 76, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on Monday, August 1, 2022. Madeline Lee Gregg was born December 21, 1945 to Orville and Bernice Hall in Kansas City, MO where she grew up with her siblings, Phyllis and Keith. She met her husband William Keith “Bill” Gregg at church and was married to him on April 14, 1964 in Independence, MO. She graduated from Raytown High in 1963 and proceeded to attend Draughon’s College of Commerce. This would serve her well when she returned to the workforce at GMAC after Bill’s death in 1980 and then worked at St. Luke’s Hospital until she retired in 2012. She is survived by Shelly Lynn and Corey Michael. Corey married Becky Ruhland in June of 1993. This was shortly followed by Shelly to Patrick Lopez in October of the same year. Even while working she never stopped doting on her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Joel William Gregg, Rachel Micaiah married to Eric Shaw (they have three children: Graham, Ezekiel, and Hudson), Samuel Isaac married to Ruth Nyhus, Hannah Abigail, Solomon Barak“Bear” , and Adele Cristabel “Belle''. She loved traveling around the USA and Europe, quilting over 50 quilts for friends and family, spending time with family, and supporting her hometown team, the Chiefs. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Floral Hills Cemetery, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133.
