Manuela Briseno, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on February 21, 2017. Manuela was born on July 13th, 1921 in Leon Mexico, immigrated to the United States at an early age and made her home in Kansas City, MO and Independence, MO.
Manuela is survived by her children, Pablo Briseno (Rachel), Federico Briseno (Dolores), Alicia Briseno, and Raquel Briseno, 7 grandchildren, Michelle, Victoria , Nicole, Rachelle, Fred, Joe, and Jimmy, and 3 great-grandchildren, Sofia, Nicolas, and Stasha. She is preceded in death by her husband Macario Briseno and daughter Virginia Florez.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at St Mark’s Catholic Church, 3716 Lee’s Summit Rd, in Independence, MO with Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery at Kansas City, MO.
