By the mercy of God, Marcia Ann McFarland peacefully transitioned to heaven on February 12, 2025, after a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. With unwavering strength and grace, she lived a life of deep love and devotion, leaving behind a legacy that will forever endure in the hearts of those who knew her.
She was the beloved mother of Clay and Cody, to whom she gave her all—her affection, her patience, and above all, her fierce and motherly protection. Her love extended endlessly to her three cherished grandchildren, Amaya, Noah, and Charlie, who will always carry her warmth and wisdom in their hearts. She is also survived by her devoted brothers, John and Robert, along with countless nieces and nephews who were touched by her kindness and light.
Though we grieve her passing, we find comfort in knowing that she is now free from suffering, joyfully reunited with those she has loved and lost—never to be separated again. May she ascend to an ecstatic reunion in heaven, with open arms, as she carries all our love, respect, and gratitude. Your example will always be with us. Lovingly, Your Family XOXO
In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that donations be made in Marcia’s honor to the Kansas City Hospice House.
