We were very sorry to hear of Jean’s passing. From the days of fireworks on Sycamore Ct. to the fun times at Table Rock lake. We’ll miss her nice smile & calm effect she had on everybody. Jean was a good friend of my Mom & they went on frequent walks and pool trips together. Now they’re together again. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. May you find peace knowing you have an angel in heaven looking over you.

Rick, Kathy and family, Jean was a wonderful lady, friend and neighbor. The years and fun we shared in the old neighborhood on Sycamore Court were many, from forth of July celebrations, Royals & Chief's games, patio parties, the lake and all. Jean was always there to share the special moments. Rick and Jean were always personal favorites of my mom & dad (John & Pat) and shared many fun filled vacation trips together. May God Bless you all. Jerry Cebula

Jean Kraus was an exceptional person. She lived a life that has to have punched her ticket all the way to a front row in Heaven. I've known Jean from the time we became neighbors fifty years ago. I've seen how well she raised her children. I've watched as she defined a good married life. And every outside activity she chose to support was for the betterment of us all. Usually I'm saddened when I lose a good friend. But Jean has been trapped in the insidious disease called Alzheimer's for 14 years. Her passing is her reward for a life lived well. Very well. My sympathies are to her family.

Jean fought a hard battle and we are sad because of this We share so many fun memories through the years. Most of the memories were shared fun at Table Rock Lake on vacation with a group of her neighbors. We met many times in the KC area for evenings out. And Darrel and Rick worked together so that had us sharing memories at the company events. Jean has to be enjoying no more pain, no more suffering, and now being with family and friends who left this world before her. We wish for God's comfort and peace to be felt by the family and we send our condolences. Mary and Darrel
