Funeral services will be at 10 AM, June 29, 2018 at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd. KCMO burial in Johnson County Memorial Gardens OPKS. Friends may call 9 AM, June 29 2018 at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Mrs. Ashley was born December 6, 1930 in Freedom Mo. She was an executive personal assistant for Vita Craft, Kansas City White Goods and AT&T. She was also a long-time member of the Lee’s Summit Christian Church. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Edward Vandal Ashley,three brothers and one sister. Survivors include her two sons, Steven Scott Ashley and Robert Edward Ashley, four grand children Aaron, Rachel, Jacob and Rebecca Ashley. She was also an aunt, great aunt and a great, great aunt.
