Mark was the reason my mission trip felt so special. He would take my group to the gas station almost everyday after work. I just wish I could have said bye or I could have told him how much he meant to me. He always has a smile on his face. I am so happy I got the time with him I did. Nothing will ever be the same without him! 

I guess saying SHOCKED is the word to describe this news. I attended College with Mark and we worked on projects together. More importantly , after I left the Navy and started working at Sprint;  Mark, Michele, Julie, whom we all attended classes together took me under his wing to help me adjust to corporate life. Mark sorry we have not been in touch in years but, you did impact lives and will be sorely missed.

My heart is shattered after losing Mark. Mark has been our neighbor for five years. But he was so much more than that. He because like a dad to me, always offering advice, walking me through tough times. He always had the right words. He was a true brother to my husband. And Papa Ash to my babies, esp our youngest. We have so many memories of Mark that we will cherish forever. He was always there when we needed him, from big things to the smallest sounds I’d hear outside, and text him asking if he heard it or saw anything. 

Mark is and will always be truly love and missed. Forever carrying his heart in ours. And hoping to live our life and love others the way he did

For starters I want to say to the boys how truly sorry I am for your loss. Your dad was an amazing man full of so much heart and I can’t imagine what you guys are going through right now but I want you to know I am always here if you need something and you know my mom, of course, is as well. 

There’s a lot of things to say about mark.

From the chiefs games we watched every Sunday to the fun nights out and double dates I had with you and my mom, it was always a good time when you were around.

You were like a dad to me as I know you were to many others as well. There are too many memories to share to pick just one. So I’m just going to write a few words.

My mom loved you with everything she had and I know you loved her equally as much. I couldn’t have asked for a better man to love her.

There are so many good memories of you that I have that I will cherish forever. You will live on in our hearts for the rest of our time here on earth until we see you again in heaven someday.

You had so many incredible people here that loved you and we will all miss you so much. Until we meet again ❤️ 

Mark was a brother in law for 30 some years but I've always considered him a brother. He was a good man that gave of himself to others in need. He shared in raising 3 fine young men and found comfort in his church serving the Lord. For whatever reason he felt life was just to hard, I pray he is at peace with the arms of Jesus wrapped around him. I will miss you deeply Mark and know that you were loved. Jacob, Michael and Christopher, please know I am here if you need anything or just want to talk. I am so sorry for the pain you are feeling but take comfort in knowing that your Dad loved you all unconditionally and was so proud of each one of you.
