Mark Darr, 64, Kansas City, passed away Feb. 18, 2018. Visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 22 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at McGilley Antioch Chapel, 3325 NE Vivion Road, Kansas City, MO. Burial Friday, Feb. 23, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Mount Moriah Cemetery, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, MO.
Mark was born May 2, 1953 in Kansas City, MO to Keith and Betty (Miller) Darr. He grew up in the Kansas City area and graduated from the University of Kansas. He worked as a mortgage banker for US Bank. He enjoyed camping, travel (especially to Europe) and all-things KU.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother Neil Darr and sister-in-law Linda Darr. Survivors include his children Bryan Darr and Bailey (Tom) Kretsinger; siblings Diane (Pat) Gould and Dale Darr; granddaughter Nova; niece Lori (Jim) Lakey and nephews Grant, Jared, Dylan and Derek; and multiple other family and friends.
