Markey was born August 9, 1956 in KCMO. Preceded in death by her parents Dale E. Ewing, Sr., DDS and Betty L. Little, brother Dale E. Ewing, Jr. Survivors: daughter Carol Calkins, stepmother Nancy B. Ewing, granddaughter Haley Stack, siblings Matthew Ewing, Elizabeth McManamy, Katy Ewing, nephews Keaton and Baxter McManamy, and caregiver John Calkins.
