Marsha Ann Ross, 65, with her family by her side passed away in Harrisonville, MO on July 20, 2011. Daughter to Malcolm and Marian Richardson, Marsha grew up in Kansas City, MO and lived the majority of her life there. She graduated from Southwest High School, and worked happily for many years at The Jones Store. More than anything else, Marsha loved family and enjoyed spending a lot of time with them. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by two sisters Susan Dusenberry (Dennis) and Norma Richardson; children Cheri Schmidt (Chris), Edward Ross (Diana), and Debbie Brown (Aaron); and grandchildren Brittany, Codi, Ali and Scott Schmidt, and Gabriel, Niki, and Zach Ross. Marsha loved to talk and had a very good sense of humor. She was a great mother, and very well loved. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 23, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Rd. Interment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The family invites all of Marsha’s friends to come and celebrate her life with them, and requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in her name to the Michael J.
