Marsha was born Marsha Ann Williams on October 6, 1947, in Kansas City Missouri. She was the firstborn child to Dr. John Lee Williams and Donna Lee Hollenbeck.
Marsha met and married John Webb, and had two children, Amy Sue Webb and Robert Johnny Webb II. She divorced John and never remarried.
Marsha went to Baptist Junior high, Riskin High School, Cosmology school, and the Columbia School of Broadcasting.
Marsh worked many jobs in her life. First as an assistant to her uncle after high school. Then as a hair technician after graduating cosmetology school. On the side she worked as a bartender and even did hair styling at home. She took on a career as a tax examiner at the US Department of Treasury for 29 years. Finally, she took on a part time job working for Walt Disney as a customer representative.
Marsha had many hobbies. Her favorites were bowling, sewing, crochet, and gardening. She also loved to bake and cook for her family. She was a fan of smoking meat and having a cocktail while waiting. She was very crafty and made Christmas ordainments, bows, stained glass, and beading her own jewelry.
A visitation for Marsha will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131. A celebration of life will follow at 2:00 PM and burial will follow in Mount Moriah Cemetery South.
