Martha Wolfe, 92, Kansas City, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2014. Services will take place at McGilley Antioch Chapel, 3325 NE Vivion Road, Kansas City at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 29. Visitation will precede the service beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Boonville, MO.
Martha was born July 4, 1922 to Wilson and Martha Adair in Prairie Home, MO. She married Barton Wolfe in 1942. The couple moved to Kansas City in 1953. For years, Martha worked at the American Can Company.
Predeceased by her parents, her beloved husband, and siblings John Adair and Helen Ruth Hickum, Martha is survived by a son, Donald (Jackie) Wolfe, and daughter Darlene Helming; sister Hope Mason; seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
