Mary Elizabeth Garland, 68, passed on after a long struggle with various health issues on January 27, 2015. Mary was born in Kansas City, MO, in 1946, one of 4 children born to Jane Ella and Ellis T. Webb. Mary graduated from Ruskin High School in 1963. She later went to Longview and Penn Valley Community Colleges where she obtained an Associates degree and certification for C.O.T.A. Mary is survived by her children: William M. Garland, Kansas City, MO; Gail A. Garland, Kansas City, MO; sister, Jane Birkholz, Overland Park, KS; and her brother, William F. Webb, of Anchorage, AK.
