I am sorry to hear of Mary's passing. I was her classmate at RSHS. She was one of the sweetest girls I knew. My deepest sympathy to her family.

A woman of dignity, beauty, courage, strength.  A woman full of joy and life.  A woman who was so deeply committed to her family as a daughter, a sister, a mother and a grandmother and who loved all of her family well with a special tender care.  Always believing, always hoping for the best for each one of them.  A woman who truly loved her man Craig.  A woman who knew the true love of her man.  A true friend to so many.  A sweet and caring heart.  A beautiful smile.  A good listener.  There is so much to say about you dearest Mary but what I want to say the most is that I love you and a piece of my heart is gone but I know I will see you again and that makes it a lot easier.  Until we meet again, my friend - love and kisses -

My fondest memories of Mary go way back to our "Cardette" days in high school. She was always so upbeat and fun, glad we were able to reconnect a few years ago.  Condolences and prayers to her family and Craig, I know she will be deeply missed.

I got to know Mary when we worked together at Foland and Wickens Law Firm.  She loved to tell stories of her time in Florida and talked about Craig and her family.  My best to her family at this sad time.

I remember Mary and her pizza parlor in Lee's Summit. 
I worked with Jon and Louie at Western Auto. Louie and I worked in the same division. He was always so proud of Mary's achievements in business. She shared a great family.I am sorry for her loss.

I worked with Mary many years ago at STK Law Firm. Loved her stories about living in Florida and being able to have lunch on the beach. She adored her grandchilden also. She was always kind and she will be missed. Sorry I did not keep in touch all of these years. My prayers are with her family.

I was fortunate to meet Mary through my friend Craig, and I thoroughly enjoyed the few times we were able to all get together for golf. She was a great gal, with a beautiful smile and sweet personality. My husband and I send our heartfelt sympathies to Mary's family as you try to adapt to a world that has lost a very special light.

I still don't think it has sunk it.  Mary was such a warm classy lady.  I was lucky enough to meet her in Florida when my brother met her.  We became close friends that lasted until the end.  I will miss her emails and her wonderful smile and warm laugh.  God rest her soul and God bless her.

Good bye my old friend. We were young together once.

I met Mary in Florida where we worked together.  Mary had a way of making everything positive, she always wore a smile. She gave me her shoulder when I needed it.  The most generous and unselfish woman I know.  We shared some great laughs together.  My memories of her will live on forever and some day I will get to see that smile of her's again.  I feel blessed to know Mary.

So many memories of my childhood include your family. The endless days at your swimming pool in Lee's Summit, the numerous trips to Landmark (thank goodness for those so you parents could have a break), the trips to the Plaza and Crown Center, Campfire Girls (now that was a sight to see), Camp Shawnee (Thank You by the way),  sleepovers with Tracye like every day and I mean EVERY single day. Some of the best memories were making pizzas at the restaurant (Tracye liked that whole PBJ thing) and definitely Fashion Corner.  That was so much fun.  You actually let us go purchase outfits for that business.  We were little entrepreneurs in training with your guidance. And my personal favorite was Cheerleading.  You and my Mom said, "Oh dear, they both have to make the squad or we are in trouble".  The look on your faces when we both actually made the squad was priceless and the celebration afterwards was well deserved. We can only imagine had only one of us made the squad that day.  If not for your family, I would have grown up an only child not knowing what it felt like to have a best friend/sibling, (Tracye). The years went by and we grew up, we had families of our own and you still managed to be a positive influence in all our lives. Such an incredibly beautiful woman you always were. You were an amazing Mom and an incredible MiMi. Thanks for being a second mother figure and positive role model in my life. You were taken from us far too soon but will forever be in our hearts.  Until we meet again.  Rest In Peace.

I don't know where to begin only that my heart aches for the loss of an inspiring amazing friend. We shared many times over the 17 years we have known each other. We WILL meet again and embrace each other with open arms.  You showed strength, courage and never gave up. Truly you are resting in the arms of our Lord with a Peace we all await! I miss you Mary!!! I miss you!!! Prayers for all at this sad time.

Mary it was so nice meeting you and talking to you at Jazzercise and then to find out you were a RSHS graduate and visiting with you at the Fun House Alumni.  You will be missed dearly.

Mary, it has been a pleasure coming to know you again through all of the reunion activities.  May you Rest in Peace, as we mourn your loss.

Mary Dear, we are so sad you are gone, and we will miss you. You and Craig were such a great example to all of us in your courageous fight to beat the disease, and in your countless hours researching new treatments to help find a cure. I hope you are at peace now, and I'm sure your efforts will help those who come after you in this struggle. Sending love, as always,

I prayed for you to have comfort and now that journey has begun. Our Lord has you safely in his arms. No illness, no fear.
We are sad that you are not here with us but know you are our ambassador in the fight against the terrible disease that took you from us. We know that there is a strong group of angels with you fighting with us here to find a cure! Enjoy your new found peace my friend.

Although I have not lived in the area since the early 70's, I remember most everyone from high school.  Rest in Peace Mary...I hope your spirit soars....
