Mary was born on February 28, 1940 in Antigo, Wisconsin to her late mother, Angeline Dull. She grew up on a dairy farm in Deerbrook, Wisconsin with her mother and her uncles. After marrying Joseph Neufeld (deceased), She became a military wife and lived in numerous places and countries.
They raised three sons, David (born in Michigan), James (born in Japan), and Mark (born in Texas). After returning from a four year stay in the Philippines, they lived in Georgia for a year before settling in Belton.
She enjoyed crafting and ran her own crafting business (Granny’s Fancy’s) in Belton, Missouri. She was also known as an Avon lady.
Mary was a member of South Haven Baptist in Belton, Missouri. She had many friends there. She loved each of them and missed them after her move.
Mary moved from Belton, Missouri to North Carolina to live in Apex near James and his family, in 2017 after living in one place for almost 43 years. She moved into Stone Ridge in Cary, 1 year ago. She loved living at Stone Ridge. She made many friends and loved talking with the many people there. She enjoyed Bingo, Rummikub, crafts and other activities. She was very thankful for her home at Stone Ridge.
Mary was a member of Apex Baptist Church. She was a member of the Martin life group. She liked to attend the worship services with her son, James and his family.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Neufeld.
She is survived by her children, David Neufeld and his three children and spouses, Crystal & Mark Sullins, Ben and Krystal Neufeld and Alex and Samantha Neufeld. Also James Neufeld and his wife, Tammy and their children and spouses, Jennifer and Chris Singleton, Jessica and Jimmy Pease, Janis and Blake Miles, Jeffery and Veronica Neufeld and Jonathan Neufeld. Also Mark Neufeld and his wife Irene and daughters Courtney and Hazel.
She also loved her great grandchildren- Logan and Katie Neufeld, Julie Neufeld and Lexi, Cayde, and Leah Miles.
Her final move was a spiritual move to live with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
