Mildred N. Bledsoe, 83, of KCMO passed away on May 21, 2014. Visitation will be Tuesday May 27 at Floral Hills from 1-2pm, services at 2pm, and burial to follow. She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis (Roger) McCarty; sons, Phillip and Michael Winchester; son, Steven Brennan; son, Robert L. Bledsoe Jr.; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Kansas City Hospice House. (Arrangements by D.W.
