Monte Dean Engeman, 84, of Lenexa, KS passed away on February 17, 2018.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 6:30pm on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, MO. A Memorial Service will follow at 6:30pm at the funeral home.
Monte was born January 10, 1934 in Doniphan County, KS to Alfred & Mabel Engeman. He was a lifetime member of Elks Lodge 26 as well as the VFW. He was also a member of the American Legion, Ararat Shrine Temple and Masonic Lodge.
Monte was preceded in death by his parents, son Michael Dean Engeman and daughter Lisa Ann Engeman.
He is survived by his wife Naomi Ann Engeman, daughter Glenda (Phillip) Miller, two granddaughters Jennifer Noell Horne and Amanda (Landon) Chitty and three great-grandchildren Caden, Jackson and Joshua.
