Naila loved to play “Crayola Create and Play” on my iPad. There were little “pets” on the app you could play with that she called her “babies”. Afterwards, she would always come up to me and just say “Babies?” in the cutest/most kind voice to ask to play on my iPad. I can hear her saying it now. I love you, Naila. I’ll miss hearing your little feet run to my room just to say “Hi!” then run back to the front room. I just recorded a video of your baby sister Arlyn doing just that last night and it made me so happy. You’ll always be in my heart ❤️

Naila, thank you for all the joy you brought to our lives. You were such a spunky girl with a beautiful smile. Your cousin Izzy loved you so much. I am so glad that we have videos of you two together, playing, holding hands, hugging so that Isabel will never forget you. I will never forget rocking you to sleep at a quinceañera while everyone danced around us. You slept soundly in my arms. I would give anything to have that moment again. Love you, Naila. Say hi to grandma for me!

I remember every day of my daughter's life even when she was in the womb her papa would kiss her before I went to work, even when I was running late. I would never fail to kiss my baby when she was there. When I would come home both of my daughters would run up to me yelling "papa!" And run and hug me. When I would leave for the gas station or go buy food or groceries she would be playing or watching her cartoons and stop what she was doing to say "Papa wait! Gimme kiss!" And I would lean down pick up my baby and give her a hug and kiss. She was that kind of person to me. Just a sweet tender heart that really loved life and everyone in her life. She always said please and thank you. I'm so proud to be her papa and for her to be papa's girl. Papa mich you baby Yayila
