Nicole Nichelle Wright

Nicole "Nikki" Nichelle Wright of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on April 11th, 2023 at the age of 35. She was born on April 2nd, 1988 in Kansas City, Missouri, where she grew up with family and friends.

Nikki graduated from Pleasant Hill High School as a Valedictorian in 2006. She went on to receive her bachelor's degree in business in 2013. In her college years she was given the principal's award for being an honor roll student. She continued her education and received a degree as a massage therapist. Throughout her years she was awarded with the 3rd place in the American Mathematics competition, a certificate of computer achievement, an excellence award in spelling, a perfect attendance award, 1st place in the 7th grade science fair, and an art achievement certificate.

Nikki worked as a vendor for her mom merchandising Bon Appetit. A bartender at the corner bar In Grandview, Missouri. A massage therapist in Kansas and Missouri. She also worked with many companies in marketing and merchandising.

Nikki loved singing karaoke and dancing into the night. She was actively involved in spiritual healing through crystals. In addition to learning yoga for more healing powers. She adored her nieces and nephews. She was always hopeful of having her own children some day.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Judith and Wilbur Wright; her great grandparents, Loraine and Wilbur Wright; her uncle, Randy Wright; her grandparents, Waddy and Leah Waddingham; great uncles Bob and Lloyd; her aunt, June; her step-grandma, Wanda Kruckenberg; and her cousin, Levi Ehrmantraut.

She is survived by her parents, Chris Wright and Tammy Hoffman; her sister, Kala Escovedo; her brother-in-law, Uriel Escovedo; her nieces, Allison, Catalina, and Scarlett; her nephews, Uriel and Neymar; her step-dads, Nick Hoffman and Michael Sanders; her grandparents, Randa Waddingham, Clinton Kruckenberg, and Terry and Janie Sanders; her great aunts and uncles Gladys and Bob (Stephanie, Larry and Holly), Pam and Nick Nickerson(Michael and Melissa), and Rex and Kelli Waddingham; her aunts and uncles, Robert and Molly Kruckenberg, Terry and Valerie Wright, aunt Tonia Kruckenberg, and Jeannie Jo Waddingham; her cousins, Leah Kruckenberg, Guinevere and Adaline Wright, Kirsti Jo Bunch (Lillian and Abigail), Matthew, Nathan, and Jennifer Rhoads; and daughter, Matt Wright; and children, Kandi Wright and children, and Jacob Wright and son.

Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life on April 22nd, 2023 at the Elks lodge 13600 Arrington Rd. Grandview, MO, 64030. 1:00pm to 2:00pm will be private service for family then from 2:00pm to 5:00pm for all friends. Food and refreshments will be provided.
