

Oliver had a great career of 28 1/2 years with the Kansas City, MO Police Department. He was a Patrolman, School Resource Officer, Field Training Officer and also served in the Canine Unit with his faithful canine "Shadow".
Oliver was also a Doctor of Chiropractic for 55 years taking care of many family, friends, and police family with his portable table. Oliver was also a great dancer and loved to dance anytime he could.
Survivors include his wife Nancy June of 19 years, six children, Cynthia Hullet "Wife of Chris", Sylvia Witthuhn, "Wife of Richard", Olivia Sharpe, "Wife of Robert", Gena Wood, Rhonda White, and Bob Phillips, "Husband of Jody", Oliver also leaves 19 Grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
Oliver was preceded in death by Sisters Peggy Preator, Mae Willy and Lee Blain. Oliver is survived by Sisters Harriet Marsh, Patty Ree and Brother Johnny Cramer.
Ollie's other accomplishments include being a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Life member of the Cleveland Alumni, Pack #17 Den Leader of the Cub Scouts of America, and also served 2 terms at Vesper Hall.
Oliver impacted many lives during his lifetimes and will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
A visitation for Oliver will be held Friday, August 12, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Newcomer's Floral Hills Funeral Home, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133. A graveside service will occur Friday, August 12, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Floral Hills Cemetery, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133.
