Patricia Anne Dillon “Trish”, of Louisburg, KS, peacefully passed away on June 6, 2026, at the age of 70, surrounded by those who loved her. Born March 23, 1956, to George and Mary Louise Koutelas. She is survived by her devoted husband of 48 years, Russ, her children Joseph Dillon and wife Shelby, Farrell Kopecky and husband Kevin, Kristine Cook and husband Chris as well as her treasured grandchildren, Rory Dillon, Kamden Cook and George Cook.
She is preceded in death by her brother Peter Koutelas and survived by her brother Curt Koutelas and wife Amy and their family.
She was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
A memorial service will be held at McGilley State Line Chapel on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 10:00 am.
