Patricia Ann Kain

Patricia Ann Kain of Kansas City, Kansas passed away on November 7, 2008. She was born on March 11, 1938, the daughter of Mary and Lester Long. She graduated from Loretto Academy in 1955. On July 20, 1957 she was united in marriage to John W. Kain. Pat is survived by her husband of 52 years, John; her daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Dave Stallbaumer; son and daughter-in-law, John and Elaine Kain; 5 grandchildren, Megan Stallbaumer, Maggie, Alex, Kyle and Caroline Kain; four sisters, Rosie Smith, Judy Heintzelman, Kate Sharkey, Bernadette Fuchs and three brothers, Tom, Mike and Chuck Long. She is further survived by countless number of nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by both family and friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 West Linwood Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri where the rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at Redemptorist Parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3333 Broadway, Kansas City, Missouri. Burial will be in Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kansas.
