Patricia Ann Woodson is at peace and gained a new heavenly address on May 28, 2023. On this day she became a citizen of God’s glorious kingdom. She passed away after a noble fight with terminal cancer. She was surrounded by loved ones during her decline and passing.
She spent her childhood life on a farm in Topeka, Kansas helping out her parents. In the early 1960’s , she moved to Kansas City, Missouri. In the mornings, Patricia would be sitting at the kitchen table sipping her coffee along with a sweet roll. We will miss her captivating smile to start our day off with. Patricia adored her family, including her precious grand- children and great-children. She looked forward to shopping and visiting her relatives in Topeka, Kansas. One thing distinctive aspect of her is that you would always see her wearing pearls, no matter the occasion. We would tease her that she looks like Mrs. Cleaver on Leave it to Beaver.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents Benedict and Edith Prockish and brother Thomas Prockish. She is survived by her daughter Karen Buschmann (Shanna, Brandon and Jeremiah), Daughter Wanda Woodson (Lucas), Gary Woodson (Samantha), David Woodson (Dominique and Dominick), Patricia’s brother Larry Prockish, sister Donna Matthews, and sister in law Linda Prockish. Her celebration of life was celebrated at Mount Calvery Catholic Cemetery in Topeka, Kansas.
