Patrick Dalton Murphy was a loving Son, Fiancé, Father, Brother, Uncle and Friend. He passed on March 16, 2022, in Kansas City, Missouri. Patrick was 27 years of age.
Patrick was born in Kansas City, Missouri to parents Debra Murphy of Independence, MO and Timothy Murphy of Raytown, MO. He graduated from Van Horn High School and was currently taking college courses to pursue a Computer Science and Coding degree.
Patrick started working at Cargill in 2019 and moved into a maintenance position in September 2021. Patrick was a very hard worker and was always willing to help others. He enjoyed time with his family, fishing, making others laugh, and his dog Rocky. He lived his life to the fullest and wore it proudly.
Patrick's Motto was "Live life to the fullest so you don't die to be forgotten."
Patrick was engaged to be married to Desiree Fike on April 15, 2022. Patrick and Desiree had been together since 2016. They have two beautiful boys, Ages 5 and 3. There was nothing Patrick enjoyed more than seeing his sons and fiancé Happy. He enjoyed video games and even built his own Gaming Computer. Patrick was very smart and accomplished whatever he set his mind to.
Patrick is survived by his parents Debra Murphy of Independence and Timothy Murphy of Raytown, sister Paree Gatewood of Helena, wife Desiree Fike and two sons Zane Murphy (5), Zaden Murphy (3), all residing in Buckner. Additional surviving relatives include grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and an amazing nephew Lincoln.
