Perry Homer Collins, Jr., 47, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away Friday, November 26, 2010 at St. Joseph Medical Center. Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m. followed by funeral services at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road. Interment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery South. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Foundation or to the American Cancer Society. Perry was born June 2, 1963 in Kansas City, Missouri, son of Perry Sr. and Mary Esther (Wickham) Collins. He had worked as a hotel manager. He was preceded in death by his father Perry Holmes Collins Sr. and brother John Robert Collins. Perry is survived by his mother Mary Esther Collins, brother Michael Vincent and sister Teri Miller.
