Raymond Eugene Waggerman, 51 years old, from Louisburg, Kansas went to be with Jesus on Friday, March 31, in his home, surrounded by loved ones. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m./CT on Saturday, April 15, 2023, followed by the service at 10:00 a.m./CT and then to the gravesite at Newcomers Floral Hills, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd in Kansas City, Missouri.
Ray was born August 3, 1971, at Research Hospital in Kansas City, MO. He lived a full life keeping those who knew and loved him hopping from the moment he could walk. He attended various Kansas City schools during childhood and graduated from Lex-LeRay Vo-Tech and Higginsville High School in 1991. He married Belinda (BJ) Waggerman September 18, 2004. He worked at Agape’s Grace Thrift Store and was a favorite greeter when he didn’t feel like “being retired.” He survived multiple life threatening events in his lifetime and was often called the “miracle man” or “superman.” To know Ray was to love Ray and to be loved by him, he didn’t know a single stranger.
Ray was received in heaven by his mother Lela Waggerman, father Billy Ray Waggerman and four grandparents: Leslie Eugene and Lorraine Waggerman, and Howard and Georgia Coffman along with aunts, uncles and cousins.
Surviving relatives include: wife Belinda (BJ) Waggerman, sister Susan Waggerman, brother Wes Waggerman, nephew and guardian Isaac Juarez (Leslie Melendez), nephews and nieces Anthony Juarez (Devin Juarez), Rebekah Juarez (Colton Burk), Noah Juarez (Kat Juarez), Isaiah Waggerman, Gracie Waggerman and Dylan Waggerman and great-nephews and great- niece Anthony Juarez IV, Justin Juarez, Eli Juarez and Raelynn Juarez with little Isaac Ray Juarez, Jr. on the way.
