Rhonda was a woman of remarkable spirit. She faced the challenges of multiple sclerosis with courage and resilience, never allowing the illness to take away her feisty, spunky personality or her wonderful sense of humor. Those who knew her will remember the strength, warmth, and unmistakable personality she carried with her through every season of life.
A founding partner of Retirement Solutions Group, now RSG Investments, Rhonda helped lay the foundation for what the firm is today. Her administrative work and contributions during its early years remain an important and lasting part of the company’s story.
Rhonda found joy in the things she loved most. She enjoyed traveling, from the beauty of Tahiti to the excitement of good old Las Vegas. She loved her dogs and enjoyed watching her Kansas City Chiefs play. Most of all, she cherished being Dylan’s mother. She took great pride in watching her son grow up and play baseball, cheering him on as loudly as she could at his games and making sure he always knew how deeply she supported him.
Family was at the heart of Rhonda’s life. She is survived by her son, Dylan Jene Becker, 18; her father, Gary Edwin Whitt; her uncle, Tim Whitt; and her former husband, Alan E. Becker, with whom she shared her son. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jean Whitt, and her uncle, Kenny Whitt.
Rhonda will be remembered for her resilience, her humor, her strong spirit, and the love she gave to her family. Her presence brought energy and personality to the lives of those around her, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
