Richard is survived by his six children, Isaac (preceded by wife Irene) Aguilar; Lisa (Xavier) Hernandez; Nina (Norman) Burkitt; Mary (Andrew) Adelson, Carmen Aguilar and Angela (Jerry Todd) Aguilar, and grandchildren, Ariel, Rodnina, Julian, Sylvain, Adrienne, Val, Jade, Ezra, Nora, Mia, Lilly, Maseo, Cruz, Claire and Soraya.
Services will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home (7000 Blue Ridge BLVD, Kansas City MO), on Saturday, February 14th 2026. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm, with a funeral service following at 3:00pm.
