Richard was born in Kansas City, MO on February 13, 1957, to Louis A. (Jack) and Ruth Jean Seales (Pierce) at Research Hospital in KCMO, 7 minutes after his identical twin brother, Raymond was born. He graduated in 1975 from Northeast High school in Kansas City and worked at a bronzing company before joining the Air Force.
He joined the Air Force in 1979 and was honorably discharged in 1984. He was part of the Communications Group. After he left the military, he worked in the parts department of Cable Dahmer. He attended Sheffield Assembly of God Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and twin brother, Raymond.
He is survived by his son Matthew Seales of Independence, MO, his sister Sue Mcclaran (James) of Blue Springs, his aunt Johavern Mathies (JO) Illinois, several cousins, nieces and nephews
A Service will be held at Floral Hills, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, KCMO on 5/12, 1:00 pm
