I have not heard a bad word about Rick.  He didn't have an enemy.  Would be nice to think that we could all live up to that.  He would want us all to try as he tried to never hurt anyone's feelings.

Rick you were younger then me but, I always looked up to you and Chuch as my older brothers because,you were always larger then me and many many times was I grateful for that.I miss you so much and love you so much it is going to be very hard to carry on without you,You are with dad now and grandpa and grandma so you will be fine,Even though it leaves a big hole in my heart you will always be there to fill it.Love you soooooooo much

Rick always had a smile on his face no matter what, even when he and Dale dove in the river in same spot and Dale lost his teeth!  We will never forget the canoe trips and when Todd and Rick passed out in the back of truck with sunburns! Rick always had your back no matter what and was a genuinely nice guy.  We miss you, love you and will say a special prayer to the Canoe Gods in July, just for you.

Rick was an exceptional man.  I am so sorry that he was called Home at such a young age.  He touched a great many lives and will be sorely missed.  Thank goodness for all the good memories we will treasure of his time spent with us.

Where do I even begin, as there are no words in such a situation.  Please know that I am thinking of you all, and praying for strength, comfort and peace for each and everyone of you. I just wanted to tell your entire family how deeply sorry I am for your loss.  I know how much you all loved your Dad/Brother. We are so glad that we got the chance to know and love Rick.  He has been and always will be an important part of our family.
We were honored to have been able to accompany Rick and Cindy to Tulsa these past several months.  Cindy has been the one to patiently, lovingly care for Rick day and night even when she had been up and down all night with him.  She loved him deeply and proved that until the end and after.  We are proud to say Cindy is our daughter.  How brave Rick was and how hard he fought trying to beat this old cancer so he could remain with the ones he loved.  Will always remember the days and weeks we spent at the Cancer Center and in the hotel rooms.  Just wish we could have gotten a different outcome.
Rick will always have a special place in our hearts.  What a kind, caring and loving man.

Dad today was one of toughest days so far.  I keep telling myself your not suffering and your in a better place, but it still doesnt take the pain that im feeling away.
