Robert L. Connell, 91 of Kansas City, Mo passed away October 23, 2015 at his home. Robert was born October 4, 1924 the son of Lee and Lela (Duke) Connell. Robert served his country in the United States Navy. He was a volunteer at the Veterans Hospital for 15 years. He was also a member of the Blue Ridge Boulevard United Methodist Church. Robert is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Mary Connell, two sisters and one great grandson. Survivors include his son, Craig Connell (Alicia Babbitt); one brother, Joe Connell; three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 2 pm., at Floral Hills. Condolences may be left at www.floralhillsfuneralhome.com.
