Robert (Rob) J. Eubanks, 69, of Pleasant Hill, MO, left this world too soon on November 22, 2025. Rob was known for “never knowing a stranger”, his quick wit, generous heart and strong work ethic. His greatest pride was his family and friends: his wife, Vicki, children Angela and Joshua, loving extended family and close friends. He spent his career in the construction industry and retired in 2022. Rob was a diehard sports enthusiast and poured genuine passion into his yardwork, caring for every blade of grass with pride. He will be so missed by the many lives he touched. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on January 10, 2026 from 2:00-3:00 pm, at the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, 1300 Lexington Rd., Pleasant Hill, MO 64080.
