Robert L. Foster, 61, Kansas City, Missouri, passed away September 19, 2011. Mr. Foster was born November 19, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri, son of Donald W. and Mary (Mulligan) Foster. He had worked as a Retail Stocker. Mr. Foster is survived by his sister Donna Smithmier, Kansas City; brother Bill Foster and wife Mimi, Baton Rouge, LA; four nieces and one nephew and their families.
