Robert W. McFadden

He was born October 13, 1935 to Leona (Koltun) and Roy McFadden in Mosinee, Wisconsin.

Bob graduated from Waupaca, High School in Waupaca, Wisconsin And attended Ripon College in Ripon, Wisconsin. He spent two years in the army stationed in Kyoto, Japan. In 1960 he received his BBA from the business school at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

He married Joan Ranney on August 30, 1958 and had three children Colleen, Deanna, and Bryan.

Bob lived and worked in the Kansas City area for forty years as an executive for Dylan Tire, BTM, Inc., Midland International and Western Auto. Earlier years were spent in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Milwaukee with CBS and Corning Glass Works.

His mother Leona in 2010, his father Roy in 1983, his brother William in 2009 and daughter Pamela Ann in 1962 all preceded Mr. McFadden in death.

Family meant the world to him. His children Colleen Sprinkle of Inverness, Illinois, Deanna Hammer of Warrenton, Virginia, Bryan McFadden of Overland Park, Kansas his son-in-laws Michael Sprinkle, and Scott Hammer survive him. His beloved grand daughters Kathryn Sprinkle, Anna Sprinkle and Lauren Hammer will carry on the love and traditions that he showed them.

Visitation will be held at McGilley State Line Chapel, 12301 State Line Road, Kansas City, Missouri, on Monday, May 2nd, at 1:30-2:30 p.m., with a memorial service to follow at 2:30 p.m.
