Robert G. Prewitt, 92, of Kansas City, MO, passed away April 6, 2015 from cancer at home with his wife Evelyn of 70 years by his side. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, April 13th at Floral Hills Funeral Home with visitation at 1:00 pm. He was born in Olathe to Clem & Grace (Elliott) Prewitt. Bob served in the U.S. Navy 1942-1945 aboard the USS Intrepid. He retired from Armco Steel after 37 years. Bob was a member of the American Legion Post 499.
