Robert Charles Wilson, Jr.

He was the son of Robert and Viola Wilson, born on May 7, 1950 in Kansas City, MO. After graduating from Bishop Hogan High School, Rob served his country in the United States Air Force. Rob worked with his father at W. & A. Mower Company. He was a man of deep faith and love for his family; his involvement with the Youth for Christ provided him great joy and fellowship.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Charles Wilson. He is survived by his mother, Viola Wilson. Survivors also include sisters Suzanne (Charles) Van Dyne, Mary Kay (Bill) Vogel, Peggy (Fred) Paddock and brother Raymond (Katy) Wilson. He has numerous nieces and nephews who remember him fondly.

We want to thank all of the staff at Missouri Veterans Home for their steadfast care of Rob. Services will be held at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, 7231 Mission Rd., Prairie Village, KS 66208. A Visitation will be Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 10:30 followed by a Mass at 11:00. Rob will always be remembered as a kind and gentle soul.
